he home sites are generally placed along the eastern half of the Reserve Community. They are along a ridge that slopes downward. The Developer is a licensed real estate agent in Kansas and Missouri. Each home site is designated on a level, open, cleared area within the building envelope. This affords each building site a commanding view of the mountain ranges below.
